UK parcels are shipped using Hermes. All parcels with a destination outside of the UK are shipped using the express service from DHL international.

Orders destined for countries outside of the UK are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. DDU means you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of your order. Where this is the case, you will need to pay these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you. Please note that we are unable to advise on the amount that this may be and cannot accept responsibility for these costs.

LOTUS has a great tasting natural tropical flavour. Unlike most collagen drinks, our formulation does not have a fish after taste.

The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Once a refund has been processed it can take up to 5 working day for the refund to show in your bank account.
