3 simple steps to healthier hair & nails


Maintaining hair and nails is something that’s simple and easy to do, yet it has a huge effect on our overall health and confidence. 


1- Get. More. Keratin.


This is, by far, one of the most important ingredients for general hair and nail health. Vitybox uses Keratin from the only oral manufacture of the product in the world. This is important because their formulation contains better cystine amino acids and is bio-active, which makes it far more effective compared to the regular stuff. 


2 - Change your nail polish remover


Using a nail polish remover that’s acetone-free is crucial since it won’t remove natural oils that prevent dryness and flakiness. Acetone-free removers may take slightly longer to remove the polish, but they are much kinder on your nails and have a less unpleasant smell – a win-win situation.
